  • Ensure policy alignment with AR 25-1, CIO directives, and IT acquisition requirements.
  • Coach and support requestors, helping states and mission partners build stronger, more complete packages.
  • Identify documentation gaps and coordinate corrections to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
  • Deliver timely submissions to the Army and stakeholders, enabling rapid, informed decision-making.
  • Maintain metrics and reporting that enhance transparency across the Army portfolio.
  • Strengthen IT governance, bringing a quality-driven mindset that increases efficiency and reduces cycle time.

You Have:
  • Experience with Army IT policy, acquisition workflows, or governance systems
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as CHESS, DoD ESI, or Army CIO processes
  • Ability to translate complex policy into actionable guidance
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, Information Security, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with IT governance, or 6+ years of experience with IT governance in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting Army staff, CIO, or service-level governance systems
  • Experience in acquisition, portfolio management, or enterprise IT oversight
  • Possession of strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills
