As a Factory IT Applications Analyst, you won't just support systems, you'll own them. In this fast-paced, 24/7 paperless factory, you'll keep critical applications running, jump in to solve issues in real time (with a shared on-call rotation), and drive continuous improvements as a product owner. You'll collaborate with engineers, operators, and developers to deliver smart, reliable solutions that keep production moving. How You'll Make an Impact - Own and support critical factory applications (install, configure, document, and administer) to keep systems running smoothly
- Serve as the go-to for break/fix support across office and shop floor, minimizing operational downtime
- Manage software licenses end-to-end, including tracking, budgeting, and forecasting needs
- Partners with vendors and stakeholders to assess needs, drive procurement, and align technology with business goals
- Maintain knowledgebase resources and proactively manage cybersecurity risks, including patching vulnerabilities
- Support IT projects, infrastructure initiatives, hardware/network troubleshooting, and a rotating on-call schedule; collaborate across globally dispersed teams and time zones
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of professional IT experience; manufacturing experience preferred. More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.
- Strong IT foundation across troubleshooting, applications, networking, cybersecurity, and hardware; solid Windows Server and vulnerability management skills
- Able to independently manage projects end-to-end, including planning, prioritization, execution, and basic budget oversight (no formal PM experience required)
- Strong communicator and influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills; proactive, curious, organized, and accountable
- Willing to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including after-hours issues and a rotating on-call schedule (shared with four team members)
- Thrives both independently and within diverse, global teams; collaborates effectively across cultures and time zones
- Primarily office-based but comfortable supporting needs on the manufacturing floor while following safety protocols (safety glasses, steel-toed boots)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
