Position: IT App Analyst II - AMZ7099.7
Location: Seattle, WA
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Transform business requirements to system capabilities in order to deliver financial solutions to business users across Amazon.
2. Design, configure, and test solutions that support the end user experience in one or more of the AFFS financial applications.
3. Understand the financial application domain including the functionalities available in AFFS systems and act as a subject matter expert to configure and automate accounting functions for Amazon business processes.
4. Advise the customers on financial integration configurations, and architecture. Partner with Financial Business Integration (FBI) to integrate Amazon businesses with AFFS products and services.
5. Establish ongoing onboarding customer engagement review mechanisms, to effectively manage the projects and programs.
6. Create governance mechanism to drive change management for configurations and financial application system behavior. Drive project and program communication, accelerating progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating risks, challenges and changes as appropriate.
7. Collaborate with Engineering such as AFFS Flare, Matcher, and Source2USL to resolve any issues with tooling provided by AFFS.
8. Advise the business Software Development Engineers (SDEs) how to convert business requirements into financial system workflows offered by AFFS systems.
9. Review accounting and reconciliation configurations submitted by business SDEs, test, and deploy them to production.
10. Provide strategic advices for cross-functional Tech projects and programs to scope and create project plans, roadmaps, deliver scalable solutions and drive execution
11. Partner with project and program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities including milestones, and drive delivery.
12. Develop, implement, and govern key performance indicators reporting for a portfolio of technical projects and programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
13. Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and identifying opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or related field and 2 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign
equivalent in Finance or related field followed by 5 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have 2 year(s) of experience in the following:
1. Experience in Project Management.
2. Experience in Finance and Accounting.
3. Experience in Data analysis.
4. Experience in data modeling.
5. Experience in stakeholder management.
The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $93500 - $160000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
