Overview: The Process Innovation Division is seeking an internal team member for the role of IT / AI Product Planner. We are looking for passionate employees with a background in relevant majors or hands-on IT/data project experience to drive digital and AI-powered process innovations.
Responsibilities - AI/IT Feature Planning: Plan and design AI-driven features and IT services to improve internal/external workflows (PRDs, wireframes).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate and align requirements between business units, developers, and AI engineers.
- AI Quality Control: Evaluate AI output quality (accuracy, relevance) and drive continuous prompt/feature enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirement- Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
- Experience or participation in IT, software development, or data-related projects.
- Strong interest in AI integration and workflow digitalization.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and prompt usage.
- Basic understanding of APIs and data flows.
