Full Job Description
IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Oracle Services - Oracle Finance (Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Advise clients on how to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Help clients achieve: an optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture; improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction; and cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services. Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives, end user and business subject matter experts. Support business development activities. Manage project teams through clients' project lifecycles and agreed upon phases of the ERP project including governance, requirements gathering, gap fit analysis, functional design documents, business scenario development, test script creation, system testing, system configuration, training and post-production support. Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of external client-facing advisory and/or external client-facing consulting experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following - working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role; and/or working as an Oracle financials super user.

Must have 4 years of system implementation experience with 3 of the following Oracle Financial Applications: General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Expenses, Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Taxes, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Costing and/or Billing, Accounting Hub, Treasury, Property Manager, Lease Management, and/or Procurement.

Must have 5 full lifecycle implementations in one of the following Oracle Financial Applications: General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Expenses, Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Taxes, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Costing and/or Billing, Accounting Hub, Treasury, Property Manager, Lease Management, and/or Procurement.

Must have 3 years of experience using OUM or AIM Oracle methodologies.

Must have 3 years of experience leading technical Oracle finance client-facing presentations.

Must have 3 years of experience leading teams of Oracle finance professionals throughout Oracle finance project lifecycles.

Must have 1 year of experience researching client inquiries and emerging Oracle finance issues.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
