Responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial forecasts and budgets for assigned accounting areas supporting P&L and balance sheet.
  • Serve as a liaison to BU FP&A and Finance teams, providing insights into finance operations that influence business decisions.
  • Consolidate financial submissions from various facilities for accurate and timely reporting, addressing any variances.
  • Develop and enhance operational analytics by improving key manufacturing reporting using analytics tools and best practices.
  • Manage monthly forecasting of Risks and Opportunities across the supply chain, reporting trends to the Multi-Site Finance Leader.
  • Assist leadership with long-range planning initiatives through data consolidation and ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Conduct financial analysis for various scenarios and projects as needed.

ISC FP&A Lead, Supply & Distribution

The ISC FP&A Lead will support the Regional ISC FP&A Leader in all financial planning and reporting responsibilities of the Supply & Distribution organization. They will work closely with the Multi-Site Finance Leader in coordinating close and forecast cycles and associated deliverables and be a valuable resource for Plant Controllers. They will also collaborate with the BU FP&A team in supporting key monthly and forecast reporting and deliverable expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with operations partners and finance peers to develop and manage the financial forecast and budget (Annual Operating Plan) on assigned departmental / inventory accounting areas for P&L and balance sheet.
  • Act as the liaison and finance partner to BU FP&A and Finance teams to give insight into ISC Finance operations relevant to their business and influence decision making (i.e. tariffs, inventory, warranty, freight, etc.)
  • Consolidate submissions from multiple facilities and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial reporting with varying complexity, investigating variances and own the development of monthly reporting of operational performance.
  • Enable and support continuous improvement of operational analytics by evolving or developing key manufacturing reporting, leveraging analytics tools and championing best practices.
  • Own monthly forecasting or Risks and Opportunities across supply chain network, highlighting trends or concerns to the Multi-Site Finance Leader.
  • Partner with leaders on long range planning (LRP) initiatives and data requests, through consolidation efforts, analytics, and ad hoc requests.
  • Perform financial analysis for different scenarios, projects and ad hoc analytical assignments.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent business background required. Professional certification (CPA/CMA) and/or MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years' progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. OneStream/Hyperion, Oracle, or other ERP system experience is a plus. Tableau / Alteryx experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • A broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting practices preferred.
