IS Project Supervisors to work with the traveling team based out of La Place, LA! Supports project execution in the field, ensuring crews work safely, efficiently, and according to the established plan. Acts as the frontline leader for daily operations.
75 -100 % traveling required.
TWIC card required. Valid driver's license.Responsibilities - Lead crews during project execution; ensure tasks follow the work plan and safety procedures.
- Perform jobsite walkdowns to identify hazards, verify readiness, and ensure compliance.
- Enforce company safety policies and operational standards.
- Coordinate manpower and communicate resource needs to the Project Manager.
- Track crew hours and ensure accurate documentation for billing/payroll.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for minor adjustments or issues.
- Assist PM with job progress updates and reporting.
- Support scheduling by communicating crew availability and project needs.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and weekly planning meetings.
- Monitor equipment and consumable usage; provide updates to PM.
- Participate in monthly safety reviews and corrective-action planning.
- Provide feedback on crew performance and training needs.
- Support data collection for monthly customer KPI reporting (if required).
- Lead crews during project execution; ensure tasks follow the work plan and safety procedures.

- Solid field knowledge but limited administrative/financial responsibility
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? - High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license. Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in Supervisory / Leadership role.
- 5 years of service within the Industrial Services industry.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel extensively. (75-100% of the time)
- Computer skills helpful.
