Operations and Engineering Solutions Delivery Manager

The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELIP in North America. Main stakeholders are ELIP Manufacturing Plants in NA.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
- Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role- Highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Legacy systems and established processes and the Electrical Parts Manufacturing market
- You have 10 years of experience in KBM development/support.
- Highly adept in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
- You are innovative around communicating and interacting with system end users and other IT areas.
- Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of RPGLe programming, SQL in KBM
- Bilingual French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
