Job Description:
The IronSpire Group at Crowe provides a collection of boutique services to America’s most affluent families, their entities, and investment and estate planning vehicles. Our multidisciplinary team delivers tailored strategies that navigate both domestic and cross-border tax challenges.
We are seeking a Tax Manager with deep expertise in estate, gift, and trust tax planning and compliance. This individual will play a key role in advising clients, managing sophisticated engagements, and supporting the continued growth and leadership of the IronSpire Group.

This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.

The application deadline for this role is 10/31/2026.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,500.00 - $195,400.00 per year. This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office.
