Your RoleAt the intersection of strategy, data, and operational excellence, the IPS Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the Integrated Platform Solutions business to deliver on its strategic ambitions. As part of the Process Solutions division within Life Sciences, you will drive measurable business performance by translating the IPS strategic roadmap into structured, actionable initiatives and by strengthening the operational processes that underpin product management, portfolio governance, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
You will own the coordination of recurring business processes - including Business Reviews, revenue tracking, financial forecasting cycles, strategy development, and long-range planning - working closely with Strategic Product Managers, Portfolio Heads, and key business partners. By applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will generate clear insights, identify inefficiencies across the IPS value chain, and lead targeted improvement initiatives spanning Lead-to-Cash processes, digitalization efforts, customer journey optimization, and operational metrics tracking.
You will also design and contribute to dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex performance data into decisions that matter, ensuring the organization continuously adapts to evolving market dynamics and customer needs in the bioprocessing industry. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and expertise, you will be a trusted advisor to the IPS Leadership Team, delivering recommendations that shape both near-term execution and long-term business direction.
Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the biopharma or a related industry including 3+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, business analyst, finance, or a related business function.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and working with digital business tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of customer needs in the bioprocessing industry.
- Proven ability to contribute to business plans and deliver solutions that address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of contributing effectively to complex, cross-functional projects and delivering on business objectives within a highly interdependent environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies; Green Belt certification or equivalent is a plus.
US Base Pay Range: 128,300 - 192,500
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
