INVESTOR RELATIONS VICE PRESIDENT (Remote)KCSA is seeking a
Vice President of Investor Relations to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience leading financial markets teams in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will be a master of investor relations handlings for both private and public companies, executes earnings materials and other messaging quickly and with a hawk-eye for detail, and is a seasoned leader of heavily matrixed teams.
Responsibilities: - Project managing various processes including preparing and reviewing the quarterly earnings release and supporting external-facing deliverables
- Conceptualizing, leading, and overseeing the company's participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows
- Monitoring analyst research and reviewing analyst estimates
- Finalize quarterly documents (releases, scripts, Q&A, etc.)
- Compile disclosures
- Manage team, reviewing reporting and documents to ensure client-ready content
Requirements: - 6-9 years prior IR agency experience
- Experience managing teams
- Expert of finance, financial statements and public company reporting requirements
- Ability to lead client's financial communication strategy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diligent attention to detail
- Preferably, exposure to / experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon
- Bachelor's degree
