About the Role

As an Investor Relations Analyst Lead, you will play a critical role in communicating the company's financial performance, strategy, and growth story to the investment community. You will partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and external stakeholders to develop investor communications, support earnings-related activities, and deliver meaningful financial insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investor relations activities, forecasting, valuation analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, shareholder communications, and other investor-facing content.
  • Support quarterly earnings processes, including analysis, messaging development, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Partner with FP&A and Finance teams to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling investor communications.
  • Engage with investment analysts, shareholders, and other members of the investment community to communicate company updates and performance.
  • Analyze financial, operational, market, and competitive data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
  • Monitor industry developments, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries for executive stakeholders.
  • Support due diligence, financial analysis, and research related to strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital investment opportunities.
  • Lead projects independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines and evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to support accurate financial reporting and month-end and year-end readiness activities.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members while driving consistency, quality, and financial accuracy across projects.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or related financial analysis functions, including prior Investor Relations experience supporting public company communications and earnings activities.
  • Experience building, updating, and analyzing financial models and business performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience creating investor presentations and executive-level materials.
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, perform under pressure, and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.


Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more years of dedicated Investor Relations experience
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies and interactions with sell-side analysts and institutional investors.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, capital investments, or other strategic corporate finance initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience translating financial results into investor messaging and corporate narratives.
