Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably in private equity/private credit.
• Positive, client-centric mindset with a strong service orientation.
• Working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, with international firm experience preferred.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders throughout the onboarding.
• Assist in managing compliance documentation related to AML regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, establishing trust and professionalism with clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of onboarding tasks and progress.
