"I can succeed as an Investment Group/Investment Related HR Manager."As an Investment Group/Investment Related HR Manager, you will partner closely with the Investment Group/Investment Related Senior Managers to support Capital Group's global investors. You will be an integral part of the investment unit coordination work, overseeing key processes and helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the investment units. You will represent the IG/IR team on various technology workstreams and help manage the IG/IR technology roadmap. Working closely with HR specialist groups, you will play a critical role in connecting the Investment Group/Investment Related team with the broader HR function. You will also lead by example, fostering collaboration and contributing to the continued growth and development of the Investment Group/Investment Related HR team.
"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."- You have 6+ years of relevant HR experience supporting leadership teams within complex organizations.
- You have experience partnering with and influencing multiple senior leaders and leadership teams, building credibility across diverse stakeholders through strong consultative and relationship-management skills.
- You lead by example in different managerial structures, with reviewers rotating regularly and reporting relationships that are complex player-coach (vs traditional direct report relationships).
- You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust. You are a generous collaborator and have worked across highly matrixed environments to plan, execute and communicate measurable impacts.
- You are a skilled communicator. You place high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.
- You have extensive experience providing thought leadership, education, and practical tools to managers and associates, including expertise in leading organizational change and navigating transitions.
- You can connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations, translating insights into actions that advance business and organizational objectives.
- You quickly develop an understanding of business priorities and effectively influence talent and organizational decisions that support those goals.
- You've led projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when you've enlisted the help of others, sifted through large data sets, re-prioritized, strategized, tailored communication, embraced conflict, and identified critical issues.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $159,354-$254,966
New York Base Salary Range: $168,924-$270,278
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
