What will you do?
  • Build both internal and external networks to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop, document and maintain an ongoing profile for each HNW client including next steps to solidify this key relationship
  • Applying your business development skills, you will develop and achieve business plan objectives including key people, markets, and partnering initiatives
  • Construct customized wealth management strategies, proposals and actions plans for existing and potential clients
  • Provide training/mentorship to new employees as required
  • Partner with wealth management specialists to offer personal estate & financial planning, and business succession planning solutions to HNW clients
  • Leverage full RBC Financial Group capabilities, including specialized sales force, alternative delivery channels and service partners
  • As a valued team member, you will enhance our positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory compliance requirements


What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • University Degree in a related field (Business and/or Economics)
  • Must have an established client base and external network
  • Minimum 5 years investment industry experience, specifically portfolio management
  • Strong entrepreneurial experience with solid relationship management experience
  • Ability to manage complex personal and family dynamics
  • Proven Sales / Marketing experience


Nice to Have
  • Financial Planning Designation (CFP, PFP or RFP)
  • Other professional designations ( CA or LLB)
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
