Job DescriptionWhat will you do?- Build both internal and external networks to capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop, document and maintain an ongoing profile for each HNW client including next steps to solidify this key relationship
- Applying your business development skills, you will develop and achieve business plan objectives including key people, markets, and partnering initiatives
- Construct customized wealth management strategies, proposals and actions plans for existing and potential clients
- Provide training/mentorship to new employees as required
- Partner with wealth management specialists to offer personal estate & financial planning, and business succession planning solutions to HNW clients
- Leverage full RBC Financial Group capabilities, including specialized sales force, alternative delivery channels and service partners
- As a valued team member, you will enhance our positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory compliance requirements
What do you need to succeed?Must Have- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- University Degree in a related field (Business and/or Economics)
- Must have an established client base and external network
- Minimum 5 years investment industry experience, specifically portfolio management
- Strong entrepreneurial experience with solid relationship management experience
- Ability to manage complex personal and family dynamics
- Proven Sales / Marketing experience
Nice to Have- Financial Planning Designation (CFP, PFP or RFP)
- Other professional designations ( CA or LLB)
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
