Qualifications

• 3-5 years of M&A investment banking experience, particularly with infrastructure clients.
• Strong academic background, preferably with an undergraduate degree or MBA.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of finance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Licenses including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 preferred, with an obligation to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, capital raising, and advisory processes on a daily basis.
• Create financial models and draft pitch and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations effectively and professionally.
• Train and manage Analysts, guiding their development and work quality.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
• Play a pivotal role in transaction teams, contributing to client success.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities to overcome challenges.
