JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a team where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to set priorities, improve how work gets done, and help the organization deliver with clarity and strong controls. You’ll bring structure to complex agendas, connect stakeholders across functions, and create a great experience for our analyst community.

As a Vice President, Business Manager in Finance & Business Management (F&BM) and Controls, you will provide strategic and day-to-day business management support with primary coverage of Payments F&BM. You will lead the Analyst Program agenda and partner with stakeholders across finance, controls, HR, and business teams to strengthen operating rhythms, improve execution, and help maintain a strong control environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape priorities, operating rhythms, and cross-team execution
  • Own primary business management coverage for Payments F&BM, including key deliverables and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead the Analyst Program strategy, calendar, communications, and development priorities
  • Create executive-ready materials for business reviews, leadership forums, and management updates
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and follow-through
  • Drive process simplification and continuous improvement across the broader organization
  • Manage budget, expenses, headcount tracking, and reporting in partnership with functional teams
  • Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, mobility, and people agenda activities with HR and business partners
  • Evaluate and enhance team processes, systems, and operating infrastructure to improve scalability
  • Provide flexible coverage across F&BM and Controls teams as priorities and capacity shift
  • Support a sound control environment by partnering on risk management and control priorities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proven leadership and execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and ownership, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including preparing clear executive-level materials
  • Strong relationship-building skills across business, finance, controls, HR, and partner teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through on complex deliverables
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information

  • Track record of process improvement, project management, or operating model enhancement
  • Knowledge of Payments and the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) environment
