We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Chemicals team in New York City. Read more about our Chemicals team here.

This role will have significant international deal exposure in all geographies (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Africa) and will interact and collaborate with our colleagues in London.

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
  • Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $200,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
