Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Inventory Manager will provide logistics support for highly technical programs and projects, including tracking, controlling, and ensuring accurate records, efficient storage, and timely availability of products. This role involves managing receiving and shipping operations and collaborating with the agency to meet business needs.

 

This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, manage data, and develop materials for senior leadership
  • Applied working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and associated automated/manual supply systems to ensure adherence to equipment serviceability standards
  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure and ensure mission-critical tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of customer service resulting in positive and productive user interactions
  • Ability to provide on-call support, including weekends as required, to ensure continuous operational readiness
Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
