Inventory & Spare Parts Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Accuracy

• Maintain the accuracy and adequacy of maintenance spare parts inventory.
• Manage inventory and cycle counts, investigate write-offs, and process returned parts.
• Maintain and manage Material Masters (MM) for spare parts and track inventory.
• Identify and notify Reliability Engineering (RE) of duplicate Material Masters.

Spare Parts Sourcing and Procurement

• Coordinate the sourcing, purchasing, receipt, storage, and kitting of spare parts.
• Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner and communicate expected delivery dates (ETAs).
• Support the resolution of Non-Material Issues (NMIs).
• Ensure parts are available and ordered for scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including HVAC filter replacements.

Cost Savings and Process Improvement

• Partner with RE to identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead or coordinate Like-for-Like assessment requests.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and procurement efficiency improvements.

Spare Parts and CMMS Administration

• Track parts throughout the procurement and receiving process.
• Resolve issues related to ETAs, minimum order quantities, and supply disruptions.
• Ensure proper inventory allocation and transactions within iShift and CMMS systemss .

• D: storeroom organization, 5-S, and safety
• A: identification of spare parts savings and CI opportunities
• A: adjustments to stock levels based on turn data

About You

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Associate OR bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role within a warehouse or distribution center.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are Preferred.

Expected Technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of MRP and CMMS applications
• Spare parts storeroom management
• Digital asset management
• Purchasing

The salary range for this position is:
76,200.00 - 121,100.00 (Includes target bonus)
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefits programs, and additional benefits information can be found through the (CA)LINKOR (US) LINK.
