Full Job Description
Tenicor is looking for the right person to lead, manage, and be accountable for Inventory and Fulfillment. This position is responsible for ensuring the right materials and products are available to support production and customer demand, while delivering accurate, on-time shipments every day.

Description

At Tenicor, we operate using the Theory of Constraints. We identify and elevate bottlenecks, optimize flow, and make work visible. The right person for this role understands how to balance inventory, lead times, and demand to support throughput while maintaining disciplined systems that keep inventory accurate and fulfillment reliable.

This role owns the full inventory system, from incoming materials to finished goods, and ensures that what we have, where it is, and what we ship is always correct.
About the Role
  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable: Clearly communicate Tenicor's goals and expectations while building accountability across the Inventory and Fulfillment team.
  • Supply Inventory Management: Set and manage supply inventory levels using kanban systems and planning tools. Balance usage rates, lead times, and cost to support production flow.
  • Product Inventory Management: Establish and maintain finished goods inventory levels to meet demand for retail, special orders, and product launches.
  • Fulfillment Execution: Ensure all retail orders are shipped within one business day, and special orders are shipped within promised lead times, all with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
  • Receiving & Vendor Coordination: Manage receiving, inspection, and communication with vendors. Maintain strong coordination with Purchasing on all incoming materials.
  • Process Management & Improvement: Build, maintain, and continuously improve inventory and fulfillment systems to increase accuracy, visibility, and flow.

Salary

$75,000 - $95,000 per year
