Full Job Description
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Inventory & Facilities Coordinator to join our San Francisco team. You'll be the operational backbone of our office and shop floor, ensuring our team has the parts, tools, and environment they need to build and deploy robots without interruption. This role reports to our Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
You will own our inventory and facilities operations. Detailed responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including parts receiving, cycle counts, and system updates for product releases
- Execute basic purchasing for production and field service and assist with strategic sourcing of parts
- Design and implement new inventory and procurement processes to eliminate production delays
- Manage daily shop floor organization and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Order and maintain consumables including office, shipping, and PPE supplies
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure the facility is maintained and in operable condition
Experience requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, shop operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience implementing or working with inventory management systems
- Experience with parts receiving, cycle counts, and procurement in a hardware or manufacturing environment at a company with 50 or less employees
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records consistently
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, shop floor environment alongside engineers and technicians

- Familiarity with barcode, RFID, or other physical inventory tracking systems
- Forklift certified
The cash compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. In addition to cash compensation, Glacier also offers competitive equity compensation and benefits. The final compensation for this role will depend on many individualized factors including job-related skills and knowledge, experience level, interview performance, and other factors.
