Job Summary
The Invent.AI Specialist will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Invent.AI solutions to improve retail and supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in AI-driven planning platforms, business process support, and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Invent.AI and related planning solutions, along with a strong understanding of retail, fashion, apparel, consumer goods, and merchandising environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Invent.AI solutions.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and recommend solution improvements.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support AI-driven planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain initiatives.
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements and updates.
• Analyze data and business processes to improve operational efficiency and planning accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution adoption and user satisfaction.
• Document processes, issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience working with Invent.AI.
• Familiarity with o9 Solutions, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or similar AI-driven supply chain and retail planning platforms.
• Experience providing application support and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related technical roles.
• Experience within retail, fashion, apparel, consumer goods, merchandising, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience analyzing data and supporting business process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with supply chain planning, inventory optimization, forecasting, or demand planning solutions.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics applications in retail environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise planning platforms and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, assortment planning, or inventory management processes.
• Experience working in Agile development or project delivery environments.
