Description

We are actively seeking full-time Interventional cardiologist to join our team in Suffolk County. We have extraordinary opportunities to become part of an established team of cardiologists at state-of-the-art facilities, equipped to provide high-quality care across cardiac conditions.

Compensation: $400,000-$500,000

The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves 24-hour shifts, focusing on critical STEMI and non-invasive call duties, alongside inpatient rounding responsibilities
  • The physician will manage urgent cath needs and contribute to a busy service supported by Advanced Practice Providers for daily patient rounding
  • Provide 24-hour STEMI and Non Invasive call, including out-of-house call
  • Cover Interventional and Non Invasive call on specific assignment dates
  • Handle STEMI call and urgent cath needs, particularly on weekends where non-invasive rounding is covered by others
  • Support day shift inpatient rounding, often with APP assistance, managing daily volumes typically between 15-20 patients

The ideal candidate is licensed, board-eligible or board-certified in cardiology and Interventional cardiology and motivated and able to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
