Full Job Description
Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced International Tax Supervisor to join our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, bringing an understanding of their business and industry to identify issues, anticipate needs, and communicate practical solutions
  • Manage engagement teams and oversee deliverables, including tax returns and supporting workpapers; perform detailed technical and strategic reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness within budget
  • Review complex international, federal, and multi-state tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals
  • Oversee and support foreign reporting requirements, including FBAR and Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 1120-F, and GILTI-related filings
  • Collaborate with Partners on tax planning strategies and provide insights on complex client matters
  • Conduct tax research and translate findings into practical guidance and recommendations for clients
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff, including involvement in training, supervision, and performance feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on international tax
  • CPA or EA designation (or in progress) highly preferred
  • Experience with international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and FBAR reporting
  • Exposure to U.S. taxation of foreign entities and individuals, including GILTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits
  • Ability to research international tax issues and support planning strategies
  • Experience managing client engagements and coordinating across service lines
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with tax technology; experience with CCH Axcess, SurePrep, and XCM is highly preferred


This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00
