About This Role

RGP is seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior International Tax Manager to join a dynamic global tax organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for an international tax professional who wants to move beyond compliance and serve as a strategic advisor on global expansion, cross-border transactions, tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior leaders across Tax, Finance, Treasury, and Legal to navigate complex international tax matters while supporting growth initiatives throughout the United States and Latin America. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in United States international tax, strong quantitative and modeling capabilities, and experience managing tax matters across Latin America.

What You Will Work On

The Senior International Tax Manager will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of United States international tax reporting and compliance, leading global tax planning initiatives, supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, and serving as the primary tax lead for Latin America. This role requires a strong combination of technical tax knowledge, business acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

U.S. International Tax & Reporting
• Review and oversee U.S. international tax calculations, including Subpart F Income, Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII), Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT), and Foreign Tax Credits.
• Review Forms 5471, 8858, and 1118 for technical accuracy.
• Manage the U.S. international tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Support Foreign Tax Credit analysis and documentation.

Global Tax Strategy
• Lead tax support for Latin America expansion initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and post-acquisition integrations.
• Develop tax models to support planning, structuring, and cash repatriation strategies.
• Advise on intercompany transactions and cross-border financing.
• Conduct technical research on complex international tax matters.

Latin America Tax Oversight
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Latin America tax matters.
• Manage tax audits, examinations, and controversy matters.
• Monitor regional tax developments and advise on business impacts.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or Law.

CPA, JD, or Masters of Law in Taxation preferred.

7-10 years of international tax experience, ideally with a combination of Big Four and multinational technology company experience.

Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills.

Experience with Bloomberg Tax, CCH, or similar research tools.

Knowledge of Brazilian, Mexican, and broader Latin American tax systems is a plus.

Experience with SAP and tax provision software preferred.

Salary:$180,000 - $230,000 + Bonus
