Full Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Services Professional to join the growing team at our world-class passenger railcar manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC.

Siemens Mobility, Rolling Stock Division is the North American market leader in the production of passenger coaches, locomotives, and light rail vehicles.

Position Overview:

Performs a wide range of general administrative and/or technical accountabilities and operations, and analyzes and completes respective projects or concepts, to deliver functional-specific internal services, for an assigned organization.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Supports assigned organization with professional internal services, in a specified area of competence.
  • Handling the Leadership Team correspondence by answering questions and directing internal projects alongside department heads
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize strategies
  • Coordinating or attending meetings for the executive and taking board meeting minutes
  • Setting KPIs to measure and improve team performance, such as project completion rate
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making actionable recommendations
  • Assessing risks and opportunities to inform business decisions
  • Conducts analysis, project/process reporting, and database/data management.
  • Analyzes and designs processes, methods, and structures incl. resources and scheduling.
  • Develop programs, statistical reports, budgets and presentations.
  • Communicate and run training for process implementation.
  • May advise operational staff and act as a competence point of escalation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in business operations, administrative support, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position is $118,932 - $139,944. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $118,932 - $139,944 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
