What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 8 Providers
- Call structure: No call!
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Obtain detailed histories, perform physical examinations, and accurately diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
- Patient & Family Empowerment: Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment options, preventative health strategies, and chronic disease self-management.
About the Facility- Access to radiology and lab; Specialty providers (such as cardiology, podiatry, and endocrinology) rotate through this site. General surgery, sleep, and neurology are also located in this building.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
