Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Possibility of a 4-day work week

Required Qualifications:
* Current MD/DO medical license in the state of Colorado or ability to attain
* Board Certified in Family/Internal Medicine or in the process of obtaining certification
* Colorado Pharmacy/DEA Registration if applicable to practice

Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in Epic EMR systems & technology
* Experience in providing patient care under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model
