We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA. We also have openings at several clinics located in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based care to patients 18 years and older. This role will manage their own primary care panel.
Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.
Position details:
Full-time or Part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible
Compensation is a Production model
New clinicians have a 1-year guaranteeof $145,000with upsideearning potential
