Full Job Description
As the Manager of Internal Communications at Riveron, you are responsible for developing and executing robust communications plans that inspire and inform our professionals. You will partner with firm leadership and other key stakeholders to narrate our identity, craft thoughtful plans, and foster engagement within our dynamic workforce. Leveraging your expertise, you will engage our diverse audience through compelling communication methods, ensuring that Riveron employees stay connected and updated during a period of exciting firm growth.

Who You Are:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications
  • Proven experience in implementing communications initiatives that inspire and engage employees
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including tailoring content in various voices for different audiences
  • Proficient in creating communication products across multiple channels, including video, newsletters, PowerPoint, emails, and virtual events
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders
  • In-depth understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
  • Strong operational and project management skills to ensure consistent throughput, detailed measurement, and document management
  • Deep understanding of internal communications best practices with demonstrable expertise in business writing
  • Mastery of the technology and tools required to execute internal communications at scale including SharePoint, ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase (Bananatag), Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook
  • Certified SharePoint administrator is preferred


What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute an impactful internal communications strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Operationalize repeatable communications deliverables and programs to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and improvement through data analysis
  • Lead point of contact for the intranet, partnering with teams and individuals across the firm to post compelling content, and establishing site governance while managing the site as an administrator, teaming with our partner, Omnia
  • Effectively manage a global team, including India-based colleague
  • Benchmark and address employee feedback through two-way communication mechanisms, including biannual employee engagement survey strategy and execution
  • Cultivate engagement through transparent and authentic leadership communications, expanding messaging to inform on pivotal developments, promote our distinctive culture, and celebrate our talented individuals
  • Harness Riveron's employee value proposition to conceive and craft innovative, engaging content, spanning leadership announcements, videos, slides, newsletters, printed materials, win announcements, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) communications, and more
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business segments, local markets, and corporate functions to communicate key initiatives and business priorities clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences
  • Stay abreast of firm developments and elevate employee awareness of important news, events, organizational changes, and culture-building initiatives
  • Own content strategy and execution for quarterly firmwide Town Hall meetings and other leadership calls
  • Support content development for critical firm touchpoints, including managing director retreats, business segment meetings, and sales training
