As an Internal Communications Consultant, VP, you will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on communications partner to corporate functions across the company, including Human Resources as a key stakeholder. You will help shape communications strategies, translate complex priorities into clear and compelling messaging, and execute high-quality content and campaigns across channels such as the intranet, internal social media, email, blogs, videos, digital signage, podcasts, executive talking points and briefing materials.
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as a strategic communications consultant to corporate functions, advising stakeholders on communications strategies, messaging, channels, and execution plans.
Develop and execute integrated internal communications plans and campaigns for corporate functions, with an emphasis on business objectives, change, transformation, and the employee experience.
Write, edit, and deliver clear and engaging content for a range of audiences, leaders, and channels.
Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to clarify objectives, shape narratives and ensure communications are aligned, timely and actionable.
Support leadership communications and employee engagement moments, including town halls, leader messages, talking points, briefing materials and related follow-up communications.
Collaborate with Corporate Communications colleagues and other teams around the world to support enterprise campaigns, ensure message consistency, and maintain high standards for quality and accuracy.

Are a communications professional with a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the field.
Bring a few superpowers to the role – including a knack for engaging stakeholders and making complex concepts clear and compelling.
Have well-developed strategic thinking, attention to detail and tactical execution skills as well as excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – people would describe you as an excellent writer and editor.
Have strategic communications consulting experience particularly involving employee communications and change management.
Bring familiarity with HR and technology-related topics and communications.
Have a passion for delivering high-quality work with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment.
Are proactive and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing complex and competing priorities with focus, flexibility, and a positive attitude (even better if you also have a sense of humor).
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume, high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Respect diverse perspectives and working styles while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Can handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Have experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, SharePoint, Viva Engage and Teams, or comparable platforms.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, or related field
Solid understanding of corporate communications and employee communications
Have knowledge of financial services (a plus but not required).
Salary Range:
$110 000 - $188 750 Annual
