Job Description

As the Intermediate to Senior IT Workplace & Infrastructure Analyst in Mississauga, ON; your responsibilities include the following:
  • Lead analysis activities for large and complex projects and operational initiatives, providing mentorship to junior IT Analysts and other IT staff
  • Identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT systems to ensure Microsoft Graph or API integration exposure
  • Make decisions in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and standards
  • Consult with clients on a diverse range of business activities, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage time effectively, handling tight deadlines, and multi-task with strong organizational skills
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems where conflicts exist between business processes and software application functionality
  • Microsoft Graph or API integration exposure
  • Work both independently and in a team environment
  • Learns quickly and adapts to new technologies and methodologies


Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry and Desktop Support.
  • Windows 11 Desktop Support
  • Windows 2016/2019/2022/2025 Server Support (Core Services: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NPS)
  • Linux Server Support (both on premise and Azure based)
  • M365 Administration:
    • Entra ID Users, Groups and Licensing
    • Enterprise Applications
    • Storage Key Management
    • Conditional Access
    • SharePoint/Exchange Online Administration
  • WordPress Support
  • Networking knowledge: VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, proxy
  • Experience in Ticketing/ITSM environments (JIRA or ServiceNow)
  • Working knowledge if IT Security concepts (CIA triad, Least Privilege and Hardening)

Other Skills (not required):
  • Tiered Active Directory model environment
  • Microsoft Graph or API integration exposure
  • Zero Trust networking
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler VPN end-user support
  • Migration of users from 3rd party Domains, E-mail and/or Tenants
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience in related tools: Cisco Umbrella, Qualys and Sophos EDR

Relevant Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Administrator Expert
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
  • RHCSA or LPIC-1 for Linux-focused environments


Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 80000 - 90000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel's total rewards package.
