  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments and their components.

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various SharePoint and Power Platform-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and user support.
  • Maintain technical documentation and promote user training and adoption.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Full Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to administer and sustain collaboration and content services in a governed enterprise environment, ensuring secure site architecture, permissions management, and responsive customer support. This role supports ongoing operations and enhancement of SharePoint environments and related workflow/reporting capabilities while maintaining documentation and compliance with applicable governance.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, storage management, and site architecture to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable collaboration services.
  • Establish and enforce SharePoint governance standards, content management practices, and access controls to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI integrations, to streamline business processes, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Power Platform, and user-related issues, including access permissions, synchronization problems, workflow failures, storage constraints, and integration challenges, coordinating with enterprise administrators and technical teams as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, provide user training and support, and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational artifacts to promote effective information sharing and user adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: At least 3 years SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Power Platform experience.
  • Education Level: High school diploma/GED.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
  • Certification Requirements: Microsoft PL-200 / PL-300 / PL-900 (preferred but not required).
  • Travel may be required for position.
  • Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Experience with access control/permission governance; working knowledge of Power Platform and GCC/GCC High constraints; basic JSON familiarity helpful.
