- Meet with homeowners and guide projects from consultation through close
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 3+ years of sales, construction sales, or client relationship experience
- Proven sales and closing ability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and budgets
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
