Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license without restrictions, with the ability to obtain state-specific license for Iowa or Minnesota.
• Management experience in Long Term Care (LTC) environments.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Strong skills in business management, critical thinking, and communication, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to set and achieve challenging goals for self and team, including coaching and developing nursing staff.
• Capable of performing Essential Functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Nursing department's operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Anticipate and respond to resident, staff, and facility needs proactively.
• Guide clinical matters and ensure effective clinical practices are followed.
• Facilitate training and education programs for nursing staff.
• Oversee performance and development of clinical staff to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
