Position Summary
The Interface Manager is a senior project leadership position responsible for planning, governing, and managing all project interfaces across the development, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and performance testing phases of large-scale power generation facilities supporting hyperscale data centers. The role serves as the focal point for coordination between Owners, EPC contractors, OEMs, engineering disciplines, construction contractors, commissioning teams, utilities, and third-party stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Summary of Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in power generation, energy, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
• EPC project execution experience covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-disciplinary interfaces on large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of gas-fired power generation, reciprocating engine plants, combined cycle facilities, or similar energy infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating Owners, OEMs, vendors, utilities, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Knowledge of commissioning, startup, performance testing, operational readiness, and performance guarantee management.
• Experience with project controls, risk management, change management, and commercial execution.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects preferred.
