Qualifications

• TS//SCI Eligible clearance required
• U.S. Citizenship mandatory
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 24+ years of experience in multimedia production and interactive content development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
• Experience in 3D dynamic content creation and mobile app development
• History of supporting intelligence operations via training videos and interactive presentations

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products following TRADOC Regulation 350-70-2
• Create structured multimedia learning modules for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training
• Develop storyboards, interactive simulations, and scenario-based exercises to meet training objectives
• Construct assessment tools aligned with system functionality and mission workflows
• Validate multimedia product quality, usability, and accessibility for Army compliance
• Coordinate updates to multimedia products to align with Government standards and operational needs
