Full Job Description
Role Overview

We are expanding our team and hiring for multiple Intelligent Automation Developers. We welcome candidates with deep expertise in either Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as we build out a balanced team across both ecosystems.

As a consultant, you will independently lead client-facing initiatives, serving as a trusted technical advisor during project discovery and design sessions. You will bring a strong consultant presence, bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy by translating complex AI/cloud concepts into clear, value-driven conversations for business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include designing and building cloud solutions leveraging the latest AI and ML capabilities available from major cloud providers. You will collaborate with engineers to efficiently implement algorithms within existing production processes, assist in establishing design and coding standards, testing pipelines, policies, and procedures across development efforts, and provide recommendations on improving team efficiency from a code reusability standpoint.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in design sessions with external clients and project leads to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability.
  • Consult & Engage: Engage directly with external clients, holding confident, business-focused discussions to understand their needs and articulate the strategic and functional value of proposed automation and AI solutions.
  • Translate Technical Complexity: Explain technical architectures, trade-offs, and LLM implementation details in clear, accessible terms for non-technical and business stakeholders.
  • Leverage numerical methods and testing algorithms for evaluating LLM performance for different use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement algorithms efficiently within existing production processes.
  • Assist with design and coding standards, testing pipelines, policies, and procedures across development efforts.
