Must be a U.S. CitizenJob Summaryto support our client onsite managing intelligence equipment, provide system readiness reporting, and advise client staff on reporting compliance requirements.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:- Provide logistics, procurement, and life cycle services. Provide technical expertise to support receipt, storage, handling, inventory, deployment, and disposal of property.
- Provide training in maintenance and logistical support of Intelligence systems and equipment to the Corps G2 Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) Maintenance Section, Corps Headquarters, Division and Brigade Maintenance Officers, Unit Property Book Officers and Intelligence Soldiers as required.
Required Qualifications- HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
- 3+ years managing intelligence equipment and providing system readiness support.
- Experience with systems readiness monitoring and reporting, readiness assessment and planning, and coordination and support.
- Ability to manage Army Maintenance Management System compliance to accurately create, maintain, and properly dispose of maintenance and equipment historical records.
- Ability to conduct IEW section required maintenance actions and administrative procedures to maintain Intelligence Systems and equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, disposal procedures, proper destruction of classified materials, and storage management processes.
- Extensive knowledge of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) information system to support Intelligence maintenance and supply operations.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting an Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW) Section.
- Experience managing maintenance work orders on Intelligence systems and equipment.
- Experience providing training on proper turn-in procedures, GCSS-Army function and maintenance shop operations, work order tracking, and supply management.
- Ability to request, receive, issue, and store supplies, identify and nominate excess/obsolete equipment, and process excess/obsolete equipment that has been nominated for turn-in.
- Ability to conduct forecasting, scheduling, and work loading.
- Ability to maintain prescribed load lists, authorized stockage listings, and bench stock supplies.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
