Torch Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Professional to join a team supporting the 950th Spectrum Warfare Group (950 SWG) at Robins AFB, GA. This position provides essential intelligence expertise in direct support of the U.S. Air Force Electronic Warfare (EW) Assessment Program. The Intelligence Professional serves as a strategic intelligence advisor to Group and Squadron leadership, providing threat analysis, intelligence mission data integration, and decision support necessary to resource, execute, and scale the Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) assessment mission. This role directly supports the 950 SWG and its four subordinate squadrons in delivering comprehensive, operationally relevant EW readiness assessments, modeling and simulation (M&S) verification, and combat operations assessments for the U.S. Air Force and Combatant Commands.

As an Intelligence Professional, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

Strategic Intelligence Advisory

• Serve as a principal intelligence advisor to the 950 SWG Commander, Group Staff, and Squadron Commanders.
• Review, evaluate, and synthesize multi-source technical intelligence of varying clarity and completeness to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and refine intelligence requirements supporting current and future EMSO missions across the Group.
• Provide actionable threat analysis and intelligence-based recommendations supporting EW assessment planning, execution, and reporting.
• Brief senior military and civilian leaders on intelligence findings, threat implications, assessment results, and mission risk.

Intelligence Mission Data Integration

• Integrate Air, Space, Naval, and Ground Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) across diverse 950 SWG mission areas.
• Support the development, validation, and application of IMD required for operationally relevant EW readiness and combat operations assessments.
• Coordinate intelligence inputs across Group-level and subordinate squadron activities to ensure consistent threat representation and analytical rigor.
• Identify IMD gaps, assess impacts to mission execution, and recommend priorities for intelligence collection, analysis, and data development.

Assessment and Analytical Support

• Support intelligence assessments related to datalink and PROFORMA readiness; Blue and Red Long Range Kill Chains; electromagnetic spectrum effectiveness; EMSO M&S analysis; and large-force exercise assessments.
• Provide threat-focused analytical support for EW readiness evaluations, mission planning, test activities, exercises, and combat operations assessments.
• Assist with verification and validation of threat representations used in modeling and simulation environments.
• Analyze assessment results and develop clear, defensible intelligence findings for operational stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Support the development of products, reports, briefings, and read-ahead materials that communicate assessment outcomes and recommended actions.

Request for Information and Stakeholder Support

• Respond to internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs) in support of the USAF EW Assessment Program and associated EMSO missions.
• Coordinate with mission partners, intelligence organizations, assessment teams, and operational stakeholders to obtain, evaluate, and integrate relevant intelligence.
• Maintain awareness of evolving threats, intelligence priorities, and operational requirements affecting the Group's assessment mission.
• Support Group-level planning and resource discussions by identifying intelligence-related mission dependencies, risks, and capability gaps.

Job Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, international relations, national security, military studies, engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and integrating multi-source technical intelligence in support of operational, readiness, test, exercise, or assessment missions.
• Experience supporting electronic warfare, electromagnetic spectrum operations, intelligence mission data, threat systems analysis, or closely related mission areas.
• Experience developing intelligence requirements, responding to RFIs, and producing written intelligence products and senior-leader briefings.
• Working knowledge of intelligence support to air, space, naval, and ground operations.
• Ability to analyze complex technical and operational information, identify gaps and risks, and communicate clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across Group Staff, subordinate squadrons, and external mission partners.
• Ability to meet applicable Government security, access, and suitability requirements for the position.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force EW, EMSO, operational test, readiness assessment, modeling and simulation, or large-force exercise programs.
• Experience with Intelligence Mission Data development, integration, validation, or employment.
• Familiarity with Blue and Red kill-chain analysis, datalink assessments, electromagnetic spectrum effectiveness analysis, and threat-representative M&S environments.
• Experience supporting Combatant Command, Major Command, Air Force, Joint, or intelligence-community assessment activities.
• Background in technical intelligence, all-source intelligence, scientific and technical intelligence, signals intelligence, or threat systems analysis.
• Experience working in a Group, Wing, Numbered Air Force, Major Command, Joint, or equivalent operational staff environment.
