ResponsibilitiesWe areseekinga highly skilled and experiencedIntelligenceManagement Specialistto join our team atFort Meade, supportingtheUnited States Space Force (USSF).TheIntelligence Management Specialistwill provide advancedcryptologic supportandnon-kineticanalysis tohelp USSF subordinate unitssolve complex problems for warfighters worldwide.This role requiresexpertisein integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support missionobjectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cryptologic support for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks, and interact with internal and external personnel to refine requirements for planningobjectivesassociated with the development of cryptologic initiatives and provide comprehensive reviews of detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets.
- Provide non-kinetic analysis to include cyber, EW, and behavior influence to support intermediate target development.
- Provide engineering assessment and review of United States Electromagnetic Systems (USELMS) data files in support of Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) requirements.
- Ensure Combat Support Database (CSDB) studies are correctly formatted into the deliverables required by Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) community.
- Performanalytical tradecraft supportand comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.
- Guide and directthe multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission.
- Monitor organizational complianceand responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support.
- Provide executive-level oversight byvalidatingand enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise.
- Draft/staff guidance,identifygaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
- Travel may berequired(Up to 15%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with MS/MA or 6 years with Ph.D.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Governmentall-source analysis/cryptologictraining courseor specialized intelligence certification.
- ProficiencyinSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusion.
- Proficiencywith analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienceworking withor in theUSSF.
- Proficiencywith advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
