Responsibilities

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for an Intelligence & Counterintelligence Technical Director to support our client in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary technical authority for the contract team; responsible for the direction, oversight, and quality control of all technical support tasks
  • Provide technical oversight over intelligence & counterintelligence requirements (watch operations, intelligence engineering, RDT&E, CI investigations, and cyber forensics)
  • Principal technical liaison to the Government stakeholders, ensuring integration of contract activities across all functional areas to enhance cross-functional support and operational efficiency
  • Provides direct technical leadership and mentorship to the contractor workforce and ensures all work products and services meet or exceed the Government's standards for quality and timeliness Provides technical guidance and direction to the contractor workforce, ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable DoD, MDA, and host installation security directives, regulations, and instructions.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all PWS requirements; responsible for managing the technical execution of all tasks to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and to an acceptable level of quality
  • Identifies and resolves technical issues, and serves as the first point of escalation for technical challenges faced by the on-site contract teams


Requirements:
  • 12+ years managing relevant complex, large technical intelligence/counterintelligence programs/projects
  • Education: Certification or Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Business Administration (MA/MS/MBA) in a relevant (e.g., Intelligence or Counterintelligence-related) field
  • Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility
