Junior Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analyst to join the
Leidos Defense Sector for a current
Junior Analyst role at
Langley Air Force Base. This is your chance to be part of a premier
Military Intelligence Program supporting the
USAF Air Combat Command9s (ACC) ISR mission.
Your Mission:- Facilitate coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE).
- Assist with long- and short-term analysis, focusing on Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning, ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues.
- Develop responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure compliance with AF DCGS TTPs, AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.
Basic Qualifications:- A Bachelor9s degree is preferred. Associates degree and 2 -4 years of experience OR a High School Diploma/ Equivalent and 5 years of experience is required.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
- Experience in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases.
- Proficiency or familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products.
- TS/SCI access eligibility upon start date.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable directives, standards, and reporting cycles.

Pay Range:Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
