JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking a motivated mid-level Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Associate with a minimum of three years' experience and a demonstrated focus on patent acquisition and licensing. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in patent law and a proven ability to manage various transactional matters, particularly those related to patent transactions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys on sophisticated IP deals and to further hone your skills and expertise in a collaborative and supportive setting while engaging in challenging, high-profile work.
