Job Description:

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming Intel's business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving innovation, improving operational outcomes, and enabling Intel to thrive in a competitive technology landscape. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will define strategies, validate ideas, and deliver impactful solutions that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal clients and business units to identify and analyze business needs, requirements, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Design and document business process flows, including diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions, conduct design due diligence, and assess business value and risks.
  • Lead end-to-end business process testing, validation, and sign-off for complex implementations.
  • Provide technical advice on industry standards, design principles, user interface specifications, and configuration parameters.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, vendors, and partner organizations to deliver project milestones such as requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, and training.
  • Monitor adoption and manage business process change, ensuring alignment with business goals through reporting, analysis, and analytics dashboards.
  • Establish key performance indicators to assess progress and performance in alignment with business plans.
  • Support training initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of new or updated processes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or prolonged course of study in a specialized field, or equivalent experience aligned with business needs.
  • 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree in the following areas:
    • Business process management, data analysis, requirements mapping, and workflow management.
    • State-of-the-art data and analytics tools.
    • Experience in disciplined execution, managing priorities, and delivering results within complex projects.
    • Create dashboards and scorecards that align with business objectives.
    • Semiconductor foundry domain or related high tech manufacturing industry.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years with a Master's degree.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $124,110.00-175,210.00 USD
