Job Description

This position is for an Intel Analyst in Chantilly, VA supporting cutting-edge and innovative space programs. This position supports the Satellite Program Office by providing direct support to government customers in execution of their duties and responsibilities. In this role, the Intel Analyst will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and interpreting raw data from multiple sources and producing actionable reports for senior level government leaders.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis of all-source data in a multi-intelligence area to produce executive-level defense reports relevant to a national or global level.
  • Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels.
  • Design and execute research and evaluation strategies for strategic communications.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate strategic communications campaigns in accordance with Sponsor frameworks for campaign planning and measures of performance and measures of effectiveness (MOP/E) for determining mission impact.
  • Apply operational tradecraft to enhance planning, execution, and project outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end survey research, from design through analysis.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop reports, briefings, and presentations for senior-level customers.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior-level customers.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors and 9 years of experience providing intel analysis support to senior-level Government Program Managers and Military leaders; Masters and 7 years of relevant experience; PhD or JD and 4 or more years' experience.
  • Experience and training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, risk and vulnerability assessments, military operations, investigations, technology protection, security, and antiterrorism/force protection are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in developing sophisticated AI models designed to accurately replicate and analyze foreign strategic decision-making processes.
  • Experience with Python & R (data analysis).
  • Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to communicate and work with senior executives efficiently and effectively (to include experience interfacing/communicating with senior executive leadership in government or industry).
  • Strong experience in writing/editing memos and correspondence. - Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of decision makers with varying levels of programmatic and technical expertise.
  • TS/SCI Required.
  • Previous SAP experience desired.
