Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of intel analysis experience, or Master's with 7 years, or PhD/JD with 4 years;
• Experience in threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, and military operations is preferred;
• Proficient in developing sophisticated AI models for foreign strategic decision-making analysis;
• Skilled in using Python & R for data analysis;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for senior-level interactions;
• Experience in writing/editing reports and memos, with MS Office proficiency;
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences of varying technical expertise;
• TS/SCI clearance required; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze all-source data to produce executive-level defense reports;
• Review intelligence reports for accuracy and deliver them promptly to clients;
• Design and execute strategic research and evaluation strategies;
• Plan and assess strategic communications campaigns to measure mission impact;
• Apply operational tradecraft to enhance project outcomes;
• Lead comprehensive survey research from design to analysis;
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights;
• Create reports and presentations for senior-level audiences;
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders.
