Excellent opportunity for an experienced integrations leader to join our client in a full-time role overseeing their LIS/LIMS integrations team. Ideal for a seasoned expert ready to lead a high-impact delivery organization and drive scalable, high-quality interoperability across complex laboratory environments

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight for all interface delivery activities, ensuring teams follow disciplined standards, structured methodologies, and high-quality engineering practices across the full integration lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of integration specialists, owning recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and long-term professional growth.
  • Act as the senior escalation authority for integration risks, defects, vendor challenges, and customer issues, driving rapid resolution and safeguarding project outcomes.
  • Direct cross-functional alignment with project, technical, and customer teams to ensure interface deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, and revenue commitments.
  • Establish and manage team-level KPIs, productivity metrics, and delivery expectations to elevate execution quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, client advocacy, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the integration organization.
  • Guide the evolution of interfacing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, ensuring the team remains current with industry technologies and best practices.
  • Provide leadership-level expertise in major interface engines (e.g., Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint) and emerging technologies to support team decision-making and solution design.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence outcomes, drive alignment, and lead technical discussions with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing integration platforms and directing teams through complex interfacing challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical audiences, shaping decisions and building trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, oversee multiple projects, and maintain team focus in fast-moving environments.

Required Background
