This is a hands-on development role with meaningful client interaction. You will work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into reliable, scalable integration solutions. You'll be involved throughout the full lifecycle - discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - ensuring workforce data flows accurately and securely between systems. - Collaborate with Project Managers to review client data mappings and technical specifications
- Perform integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and lead go-live activities
- Document integration logic, configuration details, and technical nuances for clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot production integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions while meeting defined support SLAs
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout development, testing, and support activities
- Document investigation steps and resolutions in the case management system (Salesforce Service Cloud) and keep stakeholders informed
- Drive support cases to resolution by collaborating with Support, Technical Consultants, third-party partners, and clients
What you'll bring
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

- Strong understanding of system-to-system data flows, authentication, and error handling
- Experience working with or integrating HRIS and/or Payroll systems is strongly preferred
- Exposure to ERP/financial systems or understanding how payroll data impacts reporting and General Ledger processes is an asset
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, integration logic, and data mappings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Nice to Have
