We are currently seeking a Integration BA to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for integration initiatives.
Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and integration specifications.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to define API requirements, data mappings, field transformations, and interface design considerations.
Document integration workflows, source-to-target mappings, and error-handling requirements.
Develop, execute, and support integration testing activities, including creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support defect triage and resolution.
Validate that delivered integration solutions meet documented business requirements.
Assist with project planning, requirements traceability, and status reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, facilitation, and documentation.
Experience supporting application or system integration projects.
Understanding of APIs, web services, and system-to-system integrations.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for integration testing.
Strong experience with requirements documentation techniques and process mapping.

Preferred QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API testing tools such as Postman.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
Knowledge of data mapping, data validation, and interface testing.
Experience supporting middleware or enterprise integration platforms.
